All the products of the Villgrater butcher in Sesto are prepared and placed manually in glass jars in the traditional way, just like our grandmothers did.

The soups of the Villgrater butcher in Alta Pusteria are as varied as their different flavors: in addition to the classics, such as goulash soup or barley soup, the assortment of products includes numerous local specialties, which do not contain flavor enhancers or artificial additives.
The soups and goulash are ready to use and can be easily heated in a pot or in the microwave (without a lid).

Surrounded by the legendary Dolomites, the Villgrater Butcher is located in the village of Sesto. Inspired by the magnificent landscape that surrounds them, characterized by snow-capped peaks in winter and by the scent of hay that spreads throughout the valley in summer. They produce cured meats and meat specialties: all regional products that reflect the uniqueness of the local area.
South Tyrol boasts a long tradition of craftsmanship which is also reflected in the high quality of its food products. On the strength of this awareness, the Villgrater family has been working since 1963. In its production of cured meats and other meat-based specialties, the Villgrater Butcher still uses the spice blends of the past and follows traditional methods.
