The forest fruits are grown on the Schmiedhof in Platt and processed into a syrup. The elevated position favors the aroma of the fruits grown around the farm. Under the mountain area of the Tessa Natural Park stands the Schmiedhof farm, at 1,200 meters above sea level, above the village of Plata in the Upper Val Passiria. Judith and Reinhard Prugger grow several berries and berries on the sunny slopes surrounding the farm.
