Description:
The elderflowers are grown on the Schmiedhof in Platt and processed into a syrup. The elevated position favors the aroma of the fruits grown around the farm. The Prugger family of the Schmiedhof farm attaches great importance to naturalness and quality in the cultivation and processing of their fruits.

Under the mountain area of the Tessa Natural Park stands the Schmiedhof farm, at 1,200 meters above sea level, above the village of Plata in the Upper Val Passiria. Judith and Reinhard Prugger grow several berries and berries on the sunny slopes surrounding the farm. The small fruits develop intense aromas thanks to the high altitude and the pure mountain air in which they grow. The Pruggers transform them into delicious syrups and jams with a high concentration of fruit, applying family recipes and paying great attention to the quality and naturalness of the product.
