Description:
"Spuma" is a classic, blond and lively drink that has its roots in Sicilian tradition. Based on the ancient Polara recipe, this blond mousse is characterised by an intense and aromatic flavour, achieved through the use of natural rhubarb root extract, elderflower, cloves, caramel and selected flavourings. This unique combination of ingredients gives the froth a unique taste, reminiscent of the freshness of summer and the retro charm of times gone by.
Ingredients:
Water, sugar, carbon dioxide, natural flavouring. Acidifier: cirtic acid, colouring agent: 150a. Preservative: sodium benzoate.
