Garlic in cloves which, when properly processed, loses part of the typically strong smell and flavor, while maintaining the physical, organoleptic, nutritional and health characteristics of fresh garlic. Preserved in sunflower oil and enriched with Mediterranean aromatic herbs, it lends itself as an original appetizer in appetizers and as an excellent ingredient to be used at half / end cooking in the preparation of sauces, in the filling of bruschetta, pizzas and sandwiches.
