Bacon premium aged 9 months 1/6 ca. 800g vakuumed Butcher Trockner

"A little bit of salt, a little bit of smoke, a lot of fresh mountain air!" Thanks to the maturation of more than 9 months, it is a tasty and tasty piece of South Tyrol. 

The bacon is a 100% handcrafted natural product, so the fat and meat content are always different. 

Basically, the more white (= fat), the milder the taste of the bacon. 

Note: The ratio to the meat-fat content cannot be estimated in advance for closed - i.e. not cut - sides of bacon. 

Ingredients:

Pork leg, salt, natural flavors, sugar: dextrose, maltodextrin, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.
