Bright yellow in colour with green highlights. The nose is fruity with aromas of apple and pear. It is fresh, balanced, refined and pleasant.

Production area:
The vineyards are located in the highest areas of the municipality of Appiano. The training system is Guyot. The soils are calcareous-gravelly with a slight percentage of clay.
Vinification:
Grapes harvested and selected by hand. Fermentation and partial acid degradation in steel tanks.
Matching:
A versatile wine, perfect for the table or terrace, delicious with Mediterranean appetisers, white meats, fish, pasta and pizza. It also pairs perfectly with delicate cheeses.

8 - 10°C.
