Per l'azienda Hoch Klaus è importante poter degustare il vino senza pregiudizi. Per questo motivo rinunciano a una descrizione del vino.
Uvaggio:
Riesling - Alto Adige IGT Mitterberg.
Zona:
Bolzano / Karneid con il 75 - 85% di pendenza - sensazione da montagne russe - età delle viti superiore ai 15 anni.
Vinificazione:
Dopo la pigiatura a grappoli interi segue la fermentazione spontanea. Il Riesling Amphora affina su fecce totali in anfore interrate da 450 l. In seguito viene imbottigliato non filtrato.
Abbinamento:
Si abbina molto bene al pesce fritto e alla griglia.
Temperatura di Servizio:
8 - 10°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 8 anni.

Tenuta Hoch Klaus
HochKlaus è una tenuta sita in Alto Adige che offre vini tutt’altro che tipicamente altoatesini. Il viticoltore Klaus, infatti, si è formato all’estero.
C’è una cosa, tuttavia, che la tenuta, il viticoltore e il vino hanno in comune: mirano alla genuinità: meglio autonomia con i piedi per terra che lusso pretenzioso.
In alto sopra Bolzano, a Cornedo, troverai Klaus e la sua tenuta HochKlaus. Non è una tenuta perfetta, ma onesta.

La tenuta è un insieme di atmosfera, piante, animali ed esseri umani. Lo rappresenta il logo: un disegno che racchiude tutti questi elementi in un cerchio perfetto (come un cosmo).
