Muttergarten and Trifall (community Kaltern), 460 metres above sea level, very stony soil with lime crushed stones.
Vinification:
cold maceration on the bowl, fermentation below 16 - 18°C in steel vats, 6 months storage on fine yeast. A part of the most ferments and stores in oak barrels with 500 litres.

ideal as an aperitif; Seafood and Asian cuisine

10 - 12°C.
