Description:
Color: Brilliant straw yellow with golden hues. Aroma: Tropical notes, such as pineapple, mango and honeydew melon; light hints of passion fruit, banana and vanilla. Flavor: Elegant and fresh, with balanced acidity and delicious mineral notes.
This vineyard selection represents the best interaction of grape variety, soil properties and microclimate. The chief winemaker carefully selects the grapes from single vineyards to create an expressive, authentic and complex wine. Chardonnay Kleinstein is a full-bodied wine, unique in its character, fresh acidity and fruitiness.

Production area:
Warm and porphyry slopes above Bolzano at 550 m a.s.l. (2000 ft).
Vinification:
Carefully selected grapes are gently pressed and then ferment in stainless steel, as well as in French barrique barrels.

Goes well with cooked fish, appetizers and light/vegetarian dishes.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12°C (50 - 54°F).
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
