Description: 
Dark ruby red colour. Spicy bouquet, with hints of black cherry and other jammy undergrowth fruits, wild herbs. 

Grape variety: 
Corvina 55%, Rondinella 30%, Cabernet 15% - Veneto Valpolicella DOC. 

Production area: 
Vallata di Negrar, in Veneto, in the province of Verona, with a total of twelve hectares under vine, where the most important indigenous varieties of the area, such as corvina, corvinone, rondinella and molinara, are found. 

Vinification: 
Grapes harvested in wooden crates and brought to the winery for crushing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 7 - 8 days. 

Food pairing: 
Goes well with blue cheeses, pasta with sauce, game, stewed red meat, roast and grilled meat. 

Serving temperature: 
16 - 18°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 10 years. 

Bottle size: 
750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt. 

Allergens: 
wine can contain sulphites.

For years, the name of Giuseppe Quintarelli has been an undisputed guiding light on the Valpolicella stage, representing as only he is capable of the deepest and most true quintessence of a territory that is now rightly recognized as one of the most prestigious of Italian viticulture, able to offer simply extraordinary wines, as others do not meet. In the Negrar valley, in Veneto, in the province of Verona, there are twelve hectares of vines in total, where the most important indigenous varieties of the place meet, such as corvina, corvinone, rondinella and molinara, which each season give rise to an average of about 50 thousand bottles a year.
