The Fenech Estate is located in the municipality of Malfa, on the island of the flourishing and fertile Salina, in the splendid archipelago of the Aeolian Islands. The entire cultivation of our vineyards extends exclusively within the island's territory; characterised by a combination of natural factors such as: a particular microclimate on the Malfa side, a remarkable biodiversity and a very fertile soil due to its volcanic origin, from which superlative wines are derived.
All production phases take place in the family winery where, for more than two centuries, the ancient techniques of Malvasia processing and fermentation have been handed down.
