The elongated clay container with a capacity of 350 litres, where the Morei spends 12 months longer than its brother of the same name, bears the name tinaja cylindrica. The Morei Cilindrica wine is characterised by clarity of expression, precision and harmony. It mirrors processes linked to the capacity for exchange and aggregation of opposing elements typical of clay.

Morei vineyard owned by the Foradori Winery located in Mezzolombardo, in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. Alluvial soil with a prevalence of pebbles.
Vinification:
Fermentation and ageing: in tinajas (amphorae) on the skins for 8 months + 12 months in cylindrical tinajas without skins.

Foradori has the great merit of having contributed to the revaluation of the Teroldego vine, which in recent years has established itself in the Italian wine scene with great authority. The Trentino region is absolutely suited for the production of quality red wines.
