Der Aetos Rosé Brut ist ein leichter, junger Schaumwein mit einem angenehm cremigen Ansatz im Mund. Mit seiner zartrosa Farbe und der feinen, eleganten Perlage öffnet er sich in der Nase mit Noten von kleinen roten Früchten, wie Himbeeren und Walderdbeeren, und aromatischen Kräutern, die sich auch am Gaumen wiederfinden, harmonisch verbunden mit einem hervorragenden Geschmack.

Vinifizierung:
Die Trauben werden frühzeit geernete und anschließend sanft gepresst. Die Gärung erfolgt im hermetischem Gärtank. Charmat Verfahren. Der Wein reift für ca. 4 Monaten auf der Feinefe.
