Descrizione:
al naso si presenta con profumi intensi di fragole, lamponi e ciliege. Al palato impressionano il frutto corposo ed armonico, supportato dalla finezza di un tannino vellutato. Un vino con aromaticità tipica e bilanciata, nonché persistente.

Pinot Nero - Alto Adige DOC
Zona:
le uve per il Pinot Nero Riserva Mazzon crescono a Mazzon ad un’altezza di 400 m s.l.m. Il terreno sabbioso-argilloso, il sole pomeridiano e l’Ora del Garda provvedono a fornire nel vigneto le condizioni climatiche ideali. Il Pinot Nero che distingue questo Cru viene coltivato qui da ormai più di 100 anni.
Vinificazione:
le uve fermentano in grandi tini di legno, dopodiché il vino matura in Tonneaux usate.
Abbinamento:
consigliato in abbinamento con carni bianche, primi piatti leggeri, selvaggina, piatti alla griglia e formaggi poco stagionati.
Temperatura di Servizio:
16 - 18°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 8 anni.

Cinque ettari, rispetto per la natura e nessun tira-e-molla: è difficile essere più sintetici e più appropriati di Kurt Rottensteiner nel descrivere la filosofia dell'azienda Brunnenhof di Egna. Una filosofia supportata anche dal fatto che l'azienda si trova a Mazzon, una delle zone più vocate per la coltivazione del Pinot nero in Alto Adige. La natura è stata buona, con questa zona di Egna/Mazzon, e la famiglia Rottensteiner non smetterà mai di esserle grata: dal 2011 coltiva secondo le regole della produzione biologica e ha ottenuto la certificazione bio. Sull'accumulo di detriti ciottolosi del Rio Trodena prosperano il Manzoni bianco e - dal 1921! - il Lagrein, cui si sono aggiunti anche il Gewürztraminer, il Moscato giallo, ma soprattutto il Pinot nero.
