Il Köfererhof è uno dei vigneti tipici della Valle Isarco con una lunga tradizione. È una delle più antiche aziende agricole della zona e, come ovunque in Valle Isarco, sono soprattutto le uve da vino bianco a trovare qui ottime condizioni. Le vigne prosperano intorno al cortile su 5,5 ettari ad un'altitudine di 650 metri. A causa dei terreni minerali e del microclima, i vini sono succosi, freschi ed eleganti.
