Description: 
Color: from greenish to pale yellow. Nose: delicate, elegant and mineral, with scents of peach, apricot and quince. Taste: fresh, fine, spiced, with a remarkable and refined texture. 

Grape variety: 
Riesling - Alto Adige South Tyrol Eisacktaler Valle Isarco 

Production area: 
Valle Isarco 600 - 800 m. a.s.l. lean, skeleton-rich, shallow alluvial soils containing quartz phyllite. 

Vinification: 
Delicate crushing after a short period of contact with the skins, controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, 7 months of lying on fine lees. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 5 years. 

Matching: 
light appetizers, fish, shellfish, typical Asian dishes, oysters, and as an aperitif. 

Serving temperature: 
10 - 12°C. 

Bottle to: 
750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt. 

Allergens: 
wine can contain sulphites.
