Varna on 650 m a.s.l., south-facing vineyard, Guyot training system. Soil: sandy loamy gravel of morainic origin.
Vinification:
in stainless steel barrels, aged for 6 months.
Food pairing:
It goes well with starters with more or less elaborate sauces, and with shellfish.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.

Köfererhof
The Köfererhof is one of the typical vineyards of the Isarco Valley with a long tradition. It is one of the oldest farms in the area and, as everywhere in the Isarco Valley, it is above all the white wine grapes that find excellent conditions here. The vines thrive around the courtyard on 5.5 hectares at an altitude of 650 meters. Due to the mineral soils and the microclimate, the wines are juicy, fresh and elegant.
