Description: 
The rosé is characterised by fruity nuances from strawberry to raspberry and impresses with its good acidity. 

Grape varierty: 
Lagrein Rosé - Mitterberg IGT - Autochthonous grape variety from South Tyrol. 

Production area: 
Porphyritic alluvial soils, clayey sand, very deep with a very high water retention potential. 

Vinification: 
Hand harvest, 3 harvests, maceration in open tonneaux for a few hours. Ageing in steel barrels and concrete tank. 

Food pairing: 
Ideal both as a summer wine and as an accompaniment to light meals. 

Serving temperature: 
8 - 12°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 5 years. 

Bottle to: 
750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt. 

Allergens: 
wine can contains sulphites.

Luis owes his enthusiasm for viticulture to his godfather Heinrich. At a young age, he was allowed to help him work in the vineyards in Santa Maddalena (Bolzano) and thus gain his first experiences in viticulture and wine production. At the age of 13, Luis made his first wine under the guidance of his godfather. A passion for grapes and accompanying it into wine was born and it was clear which direction his education would take.
