Description: 
Ambassador of the South Tyrolean apple paradise with very beautiful; typical fruit. An appropriate ageing of 2 years in small oak barrels gives the Pomme d'Or its finesse and harmony. It is an all-rounder in the kitchen.

Recommended for refining: 
Salads, vegetables, tomato mozzarella, fish antipasti, cheese, steaks, dressings. 
Ideal in combination with olive, sunflower and nut oils.
