Fresh pomegranate puree 1kg consists of 90% pomegranate and 10% cane sugar. No added colouring agents or preservatives. 

Ponthier chose to source from the 'Pomegranate Valley' in Turkey, the country of origin of the pomegranate, and from Sicily, a volcanic land. An autumn fruit in the shape of an apple, the pomegranate consists of many small translucent seeds that are very juicy and ruby red in colour. Ponthier pomegranate puree is only made from the red pulp. This is why when tasting fresh pomegranate puree, we find a delicious ruby red colour and the sweet and spicy taste of the best varieties.

How to use fresh pomegranate puree ?
