Description: 
Fresh blueberry puree consisting of 90% blueberry and 10% pure cane sugar. No added colouring agents or preservatives. 

Our supplier Ponthier has selected a blueberry with a fragrant, slightly sweet and spicy flavour. Its juicy and soft pulp gives the puree a fresh, floral and woody flavour. Its fragrance and blue-black colour are characteristic of the small gourmet berry. Fragile, the blueberry must be chosen whole and without bruises and then picked by hand, often using a special comb to preserve its appearance.

How to use fresh blueberry puree ? 
Here is a variation of the classic summer refreshing drink: blueberry lemonade. 
Pour 7cl blueberry puree, 3cl lemon puree, 1cl brown sugar syrup into a glass and stir. 
Then add 10cl sparkling water, stir gently and add a lemon peel as a garnish. 

All purees are perfect for making mousses, sorbets and ice creams, desserts, cocktails or cool drinks. Suitable for making smoothies and juices.
