Fresh intense coconut puree consisting of 90% coconut milk and 10% pure cane sugar. No added colouring agents. 

The best coconut is selected and harvested in Sri Lanka. The coconut puree has a delicious, sweet taste and a unique length in the mouth, a perfectly smooth and elastic, homogeneous consistency and an immaculate glacier white colour.

How to use fresh coconut puree? 
A classic idea: the Pina Colada, a sweet, aromatic and thirst-quenching cocktail. Making it is very simple, here are the ingredients: 
White rum 5cl, pineapple puree 5cl, intense coconut puree 5cl, yellow lemon puree 1cl. Mix the ingredients in a blender and serve in a tall glass with ice cubes. 

All purees are perfect for making mousses, sorbets and ice creams, desserts, cocktails or cool drinks. Suitable for making smoothies and juices.
