Fresh apricot puree 1 kg consisting of 90% apricots and 10% sugar, with no added colouring agents. 

For this puree, the supplier selected the Bergeron apricot from the Rhone Valley, the terroir par excellence for this variety. The clay soil, well implemented by irrigation systems, allows the apricots to bear beautiful and tasty fruit. The specificity of the Bergeron variety is that it yields apricots of excellent taste quality, tasty, fleshy, supple and fragrant. Harvesting is done entirely by hand. 

The fresh apricot puree 1 kg is characterised by a sweet, aromatic and lingering flavour in the mouth. 

All fresh fruit purees are Kosher and Halal certified. 

How to use fresh apricot puree ? 
All purées are perfect for the preparation of mousses, sorbets and ice creams, desserts, cocktails or cool drinks. Suitable for making smoothies and juices.

Ponthier decided to go even further to meet consumer demands and continued its efforts with the creation of the PURE TRACE label, which reinforces traceability by indicating the name of the grower and the place of harvest for 19 flavours. 

And to go one step further, Ponthier is launching the Live Trace project, which allows users to see orchards live via a webcam, accessible by flashing a QR code on the purees' packaging.
