Description: 
Fresh strawberry puree consisting of 90% strawberries and 10% sugar. No preservatives or colouring agents added. 
Ponthier selects only the best variants of strawberries. The Camarosa famous for its taste and high pulp consistency. The Senga Sengana strawberry is fragrant and sweet with a wild strawberry flavour, which enhances the flavour profile of the fresh strawberry puree. 

The strawberries are only picked when they reach ideal ripeness. The puree has a beautiful fragrance and a fresh, full-bodied and tasty flavour, mainly due to the absence of the achenes (seeds).

How to use fresh strawberry puree ? 
Want a tasty idea for breakfast or a snack? Here is the strawberry milkshake created by Laurent Baron, 3rd winner of the 2014 French 'Coffee of Good Cheer' Championship. 

In a blender, pour 8cl of strawberry puree, 10cl of milk, 6cl of espresso, 1cl of brown sugar syrup and 5 ice cubes. Blend 25 seconds and pour into a tall glass. 

All purees are perfect for making mousses, sorbets and ice creams, desserts, cocktails or cool drinks. Suitable for making smoothies and juices.

Ponthier decided to go even further to meet consumer demands and continued its efforts with the creation of the PURE TRACE label, which reinforces traceability by indicating the name of the grower and the place of harvest for 19 flavours. 

And to go one step further, Ponthier is launching the Live Trace project, which allows users to see orchards live via a webcam, accessible by flashing a QR code on the purees' packaging.
