Fresh white peach puree consisting of 90% white peaches and 10% sugar. No colouring agents added. 

The white peaches come from the Rhone Valley. Peaches flourish best in this region, thanks to the warm, temperate climate, high sunshine and well-drained soils. The peaches are hand-picked when fully ripe and then gently transported to our processing facilities. The selected white peaches offer excellent taste quality, white and fragrant flesh, both sweet and slightly sour. The pink around the stone gives the white peach puree its bright, fresh colour. 

Fresh white peach puree is characterised by sweetness and persistence.

How to use fresh white peach puree ? 
White peach puree is suitable for the famous Bellini alcoholic cocktail. Making the cocktail is very easy, just pour 5cl of white peach puree and then 12cl of Champagne directly into a Champagne flûte. 

All purees are perfect for making mousses, sorbets and ice creams, desserts, cocktails or cool drinks. Suitable for making smoothies and fruit juices.

And to go one step further, Ponthier is launching the Live Trace project, which allows users to see orchards live via a webcam, accessible by flashing a QR code on the purees' packaging.
