Vegetables 72% in varying proportions: red and yellow peppers, celery, carrots, aubergines, artichokes, black and olives, onions, green beans, peas, sweetcorn, capers; mushrooms 5% (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, salt, sugar, spices, flavourings, yeast extract, acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300).
