Fresh orange puree composed of 100% orange from Sicily. Without added preservatives or colouring agents. 

With its wide temperature range and strong sunlight, the Sicilian climate helps produce the best citrus fruit. Sicilian oranges have a fresh scent and unique taste, grown in a superbly fertile environment of volcanic soils surrounded by mountains. These mountains mainly comprise soils known as 'Trubi' or 'sandy marl', where the soil is rich in gypsum, minerals and fine yellow sand. This well-drained soil is ideal for citrus groves. The orange trees that grow there are abundant in fruit. In addition, the mountains abound with small streams that provide a constant supply of water and allow healthy trees to grow. The island's naturally sunny climate also contributes to the fine quality of Sicilian fruit. 

The fresh orange puree is very well balanced with the unique taste of Sicilian oranges. 

All fresh fruit purees are Kosher and Halal certified. 

How to use fresh orange puree ? 
All purees are perfect for the preparation of mousses, sorbets and ice creams, desserts, cocktails or cool drinks. Suitable for making smoothies and juices.

Ponthier decided to go even further to meet consumer demands and continued its efforts with the creation of the PURE TRACE label, which reinforces traceability by indicating the name of the grower and the place of harvest for 19 flavours. 

And to go one step further, Ponthier is launching the Live Trace project, which allows users to see orchards live via a webcam, accessible by flashing a QR code on the purees' packaging.
