Description: 
Fresh raspberry puree consisting of 90% raspberry and 10% pure cane sugar. No preservatives or colouring agents added. 

Two raspberry varieties for an intense yet perfectly balanced taste. The Willamette offers its pronounced fragrance, while the Mecker brings its full-bodied flavour. The Mecker variety is more fragile and very sensitive to changes in weather conditions (temperature and rainfall). Therefore, the producer has developed cultivation at altitudes between 300 and 1000 m above sea level, exclusively in hills. To cancel out any bitterness, the achenes are removed from the puree. 

All fresh fruit purees are Kosher and Halal certified.

How to use fresh raspberry puree ? 
We recommend making Raspberry Caipirinha. Mash the lime wedges and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Add the raspberry puree and fill the glass with crushed ice. Top with Cachaça, stir and the cocktail is ready. 

All purees are perfect for making mousses, sorbets and ice creams, desserts, cocktails or cool drinks. Suitable for making smoothies and juices.
