Fresh blackberry puree consisting of 90% blackberries and 10% pure cane sugar. No added colouring agents or preservatives. 

Blackberry puree is made from cultivated blackberries, which are sweeter than wild blackberries. Selected for their fruity and spicy flavour, these blackberries grown on the plains of Serbia also offer a balanced size and a dark colour with ruby highlights. When fully ripe, these juicy berries are delicate fruits that the producer harvests by hand in several passes.

How to use fresh blackberry puree ? 
All purees are perfect for making mousses, sorbets and ice creams, desserts, cocktails or cool drinks. Suitable for making smoothies and fruit juices. 

A recipe that has the flavour of childhood, when we used to go blackberry picking in the bushes. Make a Bramble, a cocktail reminiscent of the forest. 
Pour 5cl gin, 5cl fresh blackberry puree, 2cl lemon puree and brown sugar syrup into a shaker filled two-thirds full with ice. Shake then strain into an old fashioned glass previously filled with ice.
