Fresh red fruit puree 1kg consists of 90% red fruits and pure cane sugar. 

The red fruit puree consists of 4 carefully selected fruits. The blackcurrant comes from Burgundy, where its cultivation has a long tradition. To ensure optimal quality, the small black berries are harvested when perfectly ripe, resulting in a particularly juicy and tasty pulp. The Serbian Willamette raspberry is grown between 600 and 1000 m above sea level, which gives it a distinct, spicy and fragrant flavour. The recipe also includes the sour cherry Oblacinska, which gives the puree a nice acidity and delicious colour, and the strawberries Camarosa and Senga Sengana, which stand for sweetness and freshness. 

The fresh red fruit puree has a balanced taste profile between sweetness and acidity.
