Speedy softener flavoring blend. For naturally tender meat specialties. 

Ideal for making meat naturally soft. 

Use: Sprinkle the meat with Speedy tenderizer, leave to act for 6/12 hours depending on the thickness of the meat. Season as usual before moving on to the next stages of processing. 

Dosage: 10 - 15 g / kg
