Description:
The Aetos Rosé Brut, is a light-bodied, young sparkling wine with a pleasantly creamy mouthfeel.With its soft pink colour and fine, elegant perlage, it opens on the nose with hints of small red fruits, such as raspberries and wild strawberries, and aromatic herbs that are also found on the palate, harmoniously combined with an excellent flavour.

Vinification:
Then, the grapes are pressed gently, and the fermentation process takes place in an autoclave without added sugar. The ageing lasts approx. four months.
