Color rubino scarico. Aromi complessi e fruttati con note speziate di liquirizia. Sapore fresco e chiaro con struttura ben maturata. Tannini fini. Elegante e persistente con un grande potenziale per tanti anni.

Vinificazione:
Fermentazione in vasche di acciaio (100%) con follature naturali. Affinamento per 24 mesi in barrique nuove e barrique usate.
Abbinamento:
Da abbinare con piatti a base di carni rosse, selvaggina.
Temperatura di Servizio:
16 - 18°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 10 anni.

La bella residenza „Hausmannhof“ sopra Salorno, gestita dal capofamiglia Alois Ochsenreiter con la moglie Christine e i figli Erika e Hannes, accoglie il visitatore con un viale di cipressi e mura storiche. In ottima posizione, arrampicate sui pendii e coltivate secondo criteri di coltivazione biodinamica, maturano sulle spalliere grandi varietà di uve. Il clima degli antichi volti e l’impiego di tecniche moderne permettono di ottenere da questi acini succosi bianchi di qualità e rossi di razza. Le uve Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer e Pinot Nero e Merlot-Cabernet sono coltivate e affinate in loco. All’ azienda agricola Haderburg appartiene anche il maso „Obermairlhof“ in Valle d’ Isarco, che conquista con la freschezza del suo Sylvaner e la mineralità del suo Riesling.
Fu nel lontano 1976 che l’azienda agricola Haderburg iniziò come una delle prime aziende agricole in Alto Adige a produrre vini spumanti ottenuti con metodo tradizionale dalle proprie uve Chardonnay e Pinot Nero. Ora è una delle poche aziende vinicole altoatesine ad essere specializzata nella spumantizzazione di vini di produzione propria e è in grado di offrire quattro vini spumanti di qualità, frutto di tanta esperienza, duro lavoro e dedizione. Vari premi testimoniano la qualità di questi spumanti, per esempio „Miglior spumante d’ Italia“.
