Production area: Bolzano / Karneid with 75 - 85% slope - rollercoaster feeling - vine age over 15 years.
Vinification: The Riesling Orange we carry out a 2-3 week maceration with 25% whole clusters. The remaining grapes are crushed with the feet before fermentation. A spontaneous fermentation follows. After fermentation, this orange wine matures for 2 years on the fine lees in barrique. It is then bottled unfiltered.
Food recommendations: Goes very well with mussels and shellfish
Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C.
