Description: 
Intense straw yellow colour. Rich, floral and fruity bouquet with notes of acacia, citrus, peach and tropical fruits. Fruity, fresh and dry taste, with aromatic notes of apple and pear. 

Grape variety: 
Arneis - Langhe DOC. 

Production area: 
Vineyards at an altitude of 210 to 290 m above sea level on soils composed of 50% clay, 30% silt and 20% sand. 

Vinification: 
40% are cryomacerated, with different fermentation times and temperatures depending on the condition of the berries. Maturation for several months in steel barrels. 

Food pairing: 
Goes well with steamed fish, vegetable risotto, pasta with fish, various appetizers, eggs and savoury pies, fried fish, fish starters or grilled fish. 

Serving temperature: 
10 - 12°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 5 years. 

Bottle size: 
750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt.

wine can contain sulphites. 

Producer: 
The Ceretto winery was founded in the 1930s: Riccardo Ceretto, who owned no vineyards, made wine by buying grapes from others. The turning point came when his sons Bruno and Marcello joined the company, bringing with them an innovative idea for the time: the importance of the soil. 
In the 1960s, Bruno and Marcello began to explore the land where the best wines came from and to buy vineyards. This land will never let them go.
