Noble, bright golden yellow, with a fine, very fine and long-lasting perlage. The nose perceives a harmony of scents divided between ripe yellow fruits, candied citrus and quince jam, then saffron, anise and a hint of turmeric, not forgetting the important resinous and balsamic notes. On the palate, too, it is complex and profound, soft yet marked by the freshness of Chardonnay. Balanced, precise and intense, a perfectly matured Trentodoc.

Production area:
The grapes come from parts of the Lunelli family vineyards located at an altitude of 600 metres.
Vinification:
The wine is aged on its lees for a long 15 years. The first vintage produced for this exclusive Riserva was 1995, after which only the 2006 vintage was considered appropriate.

Aperitif, meat, cheese, fish, pizza, pasta, cold cuts.
Serving temperature:
5°C sinking.
