Description: Greenish-yellow with golden shimmer. On the palate taste of bread crust, with a light yeast note and touches of pine-apples, green apples and vanilla. Fruity and fine aged, with a crisp acidity and a fine-grained perlage. Harmonious, with an irresistibly endless finish.
Production area: Best vineyards around Merano, 400 - 600 m a.s.l.
Vinification: Delicate whole cluster pressing with natural sedimentation. First fermentation in steel tanks and tonneaux, maturation on fine lees for 8 months. Tirage: 06.06.2016, dégorgement: after 36 months of bottle storage, ageing for 5 months.
Food pairing: Perfect as aperitif, for light appetizers and fish dishes. Should not be missing at any festivity.
Serving temperature: 5°C sinking.
Ageing potential: more than 3 years.

Producer: Merano Burggraefler Winery The Winery Merano Burggräfler arose from the merger of two traditional wineries: the Winery Merano and the Winery Burggräfler. A total of 370 members, small and micro producers, cultivate about 250 hectares of the best vineyards in Merano and the surrounding areas Lagundo, Tirolo, Caines, Rifiano, Scena, Marlengo, Cermes, Lana and the Val Venosta Valley. Thanks to their combined strenght the winegrowing in the western part of South Tyrol obtains a new and interesting profile.
