Description:
Our aim is to offer a drink that is both refreshing and elegant, but also 100% alcohol-free! This makes Sparkling Rocco the perfect companion for any occasion - be it a cozy evening with friends, a festive meal or simply a relaxing moment for yourself.

Apple variety:
In addition to Gala, Granny Smith, Braeburn and Golden Delicious, the first red-fleshed varieties have been growing on our farm since around 2013. These red-fleshed apples are characterised by their intense red flesh colour as well as their unmistakable taste. These characteristics form the basis for our "Sparkling Rocco" apple aperitivo. The crisp acidity and subtle flavours of rhubarb, redcurrant and pineapple make our Sparkling Rocco a top candidate for a refreshing aperitivo.

Manufacturing:
Before our Sparkling Rocco can be bottled, it is very gently filtered so that the natural red colour is not lost. The juice is then impregnated with carbon dioxide using a pressurised tank process. This process takes several days and the juice is always chilled. After impregnation, the juice is filled into our bottles and sealed.

Serving temperature:
Sparkling Rocco can be enjoyed with the addition of ice cubes, but is best consumed chilled at a temperature of 8°C. This is the best way to bring out the flavour and freshness of the drink.

Weinsepphof
The Weinsepphof was built in 1980 and got its name from the Germanised apple variety name Winesap. The name came about because there was an orchard of the Winesap variety on this site. Unfortunately, there is now only one Winesap tree on the farm. Josef took over the farm in 2019 and is now the 3rd generation to run it.
