Description: 
The wine presents itself with liveliness, freshness and juiciness in charming salmon colors and an attractive design. Lagrein, Pinot Noir and Merlot maintain their status at its core, with pronounced flavours of raspberries, strawberries and bright citrus notes, with fine texture and lovely finesse.

Production area: 
Vineyards Cru Vigna "Castel Ringberg" overlooking Lake Kaltern/Caldaro and Vigna "Kastelaz", a renowned steep slope in Tramin/Termeno. Furthermore, Barleith vineyard in Caldaro at 410 m above sea level. 

Vinification: 
The grapes are harvested with a sugar gradation of 20° Babo. The three grape varieties are pressed and vinified together from the beginning. The classic "saignée" method follows: the must remains briefly in contact with the skins until it reaches a delicate rosé color. The joint fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of max. 26°C. The sugar gradation and the fermentation temperature give the wine its name. 

Food pairing: 
This Rosè is an ideal aperitif wine. It is also recommended with starters and light main courses. 

Serving temperature: 
12 - 14°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 3 years.
