Description: 
The raw material for St. Urban fruit distillates grows luxuriantly under special climatic conditions at an altitude of 850 m above sea level on the company's own small farm in Villanders/Villandro in the Eisack Valley. This particular location guarantees the fruit the much-needed difference in temperature caused by alternating hot days and cool nights. Harvesting often takes place at 3 different times and focuses exclusively on fully ripe and undamaged fruit.

An essential prerequisite for the production of a brandy of unparalleled quality is the exclusive use of fruit from our own cultivation, harvested when fully ripe and carefully selected. Each of our distillates, obtained without aromas or added sugars, is pure expression of uncontaminated nature. Our fine brandy is distinguished by a very special aromatic richness and harmony, acquired during long months of aging.
