Description: 
The raw material for St. Urban fruit distillates thrives in special climatic conditions at an altitude of 850 m a.s.l. in his own small farm in Villandro, in the Isarco Valley. This particular location guarantees the fruit the much-needed temperature difference given by the alternation of warm days and cool nights. 
Harvesting often takes place at 3 different times and focuses exclusively on fully ripe and undamaged fruit.
