Description: 
This inviting Zinfandel in the glass releases concentrated aromas of wild blueberries, blackberries, plums, vanilla and freshly ground white pepper. The luxurious layers of fruit and spice echo on the palate, where we find velvety tannins and a robust finish with a hint of lingering sweetness. 

Grape varierty: 
90% Zinfandel, 10% Petite Sirah - Sonoma County 

Production area: 
Sonoma County - California. 

Vinification: 
Aged 12 months in 100% French oak, 30% new, 70% used. 

Food pairing: 
Ideal with grilled dishes, barbecue and pizza. 

Serving temperature: 
16 - 18°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 10 years.
