Description: 
The scent notes of fruit have the lion's share here. Sour cherry merges with a ripe plum in an exciting context. On the palate, this wine is very fruity, with a playful acidity and a discreet body. In the finish, this wine appears warm and round, with an exuberant fruitiness, which retains its vitality even after years. 

Grape varierty: 
Petit Verdot, Syrah - Toscana IGT 

Production area: 
A completely unspoilt landscape with galestro, clay and albarese soils, from which fossils and shells emerge, evidence of an ancient coastal seabed. The wines produced here are fresh and fruity, incredibly fragrant, moderately alcoholic and of unequalled refinement, with a salty note and a dynamic, vivacious character. 

Vinification: 
The grapes are picked by hand and selected before destemping. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and a subsequent storage for 12 months in oak barrels. 

Food Pairing: 
Risotto with meat sauce, stewed red meat, pasta with meat sauce, cold cuts, salami and mushroom risotto. 

Serving temperature: 
14 - 16°C. 

Ageing potential: 
over 5 years.
