Description: 
Intense ruby ​​red colour with slightly garnet hues. Elegant, subtle and deep with hints of blackberry, sour cherry, fresh raspberry and a pleasantly spicy note. Soft and round taste, balanced and full-bodied. This wine shines in its harmony and its fruity and juicy finish.

Production area: 
Völs am Schlern, South Tyrol, Dolomites - Unteraicha village at 550 - 650m above sea level. The acreage "Tieaf" extends on the south-west exposed steep slopes, which enjoy the influence of the warm winds from the Bolzano valley basin. The morainic soil is particularly deep and rich in minerals and gray porphyry, whose notes characterize the taste of the Prackfol wines. The magnesium content in the soil, which promotes the development of the aromas, is above average. 
 
Vinification: 
Manual harvest and grape selection. After a short maceration period, the fermentation takes place slowly at a controlled temperature. Maturation for 12 months in wooden barrels (Barrique) and 8 months in bottle. 

Food recommendations: 
This elegant Pinot Noir is recommended with pasta dishes, veal, lamb, rabbit, game and aged cheese. 

Serving temperature: 
12 - 14°C. 

Ageing potential: 
5 - 8 years.

1500 ml - 150 cl - 1.5 liters, magnum bottle.
