Description

Description: 
White wine with bright, straw yellow colour with greenish shimmer. The bouquet is pleasingly, fruity with impression of white peach and grapefruit. On the palate it is full, fruity and fresh. 

Grape variety: 
Kerner - South Tyrol Valle Isarco DOC. 

Production area: 
Novacella in Valle Isarco at 600 - 900m a.s.l. Quite warm microclimate with big variations between day and night temperatures. Sandy and loamy soil. 

Vinification: 
Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, maturity on the lees in steel tanks and barrels for 6 months. 

Matching: 
Aperitif, light starters, grilled fish, vegetables terrine, speck. 

Serving temperature: 
10 - 12°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 5 years. 

Bottle to: 
1500 ml - 150 cl - 1,5 lt. magnum bottle.

His wines, dry with a fruity minerality, express the character of the vines and the lands in their purest of forms; that’s why Andreas Huber opts for slow, gentle maturation in the cellar and has made the conscious decision to not age his wines in barriques.
