Every year our distillery in Altavilla Monferrato receives the best Monferrato pomaces to produce many fine single-vine grappas. Obtained from fresh pomaces, distilled with steam stills after a careful and thorough waste of fronts and end, our grappas rest for several years in the finest oak casks and in cherry, chestnut, almond,and French oak barriques until a total harmony of taste and fragrance preserving at the same time the floral and fruity notes, is achieved.
