Description:
Intense golden yellow colour with important amber reflections to the eye, aggressive nose, rich in primary aromas, flowers and slightly caramelised fruit. In the mouth it leaves a great complexity with sensations of fruit and rich jam. The final sensations are of great balance between the sweet note and the acidity, with a savoury component.

Production area:
Aleatico "Alea Ludendo" is made exclusively from grapes grown at Poggio Turco, on the tip of the Ripalte. Island of Elba.
Vinification:
The grapes harvested when fully ripe are dried on racks for about a week, exposed directly to the sun. This practice gives this sweet wine a strong character and a remarkable personality.
Food pairing:
To be paired with dark chocolate, dry pastries or blue cheeses, it is also perfect sipped alone, as a meditation wine.
Serving temperature:
14 - 16°C.
