Beschreibung:
Im Gegensatz zu den deutschen Vorbildern werden die Weine hier in Südtrirol durchgegoren und mehrheitlich ohne oder nur mit sehr wenig Restsüße ausgebaut. Vor allem in den kühleren Regionen Eisacktal und Vinschgau entstehen Rieslinge mit feinem Pfirsich- und Zitrusaroma und einer tänzerisch-belebenden Säure. Bevorzugter Standort: hohe Lagen, Schotterböden. Empfehlung: Meeresfrüchte, Austern, asiatische Gerichte, Vorspeisen.
