High quality handcrafted product. Wildlife from deer, minimum 60%. Traditional South Tyrolean recipe. Smoked with selected beech wood. Seasoned in the climate and good air of South Tyrol. High protein content. Noble and decisive taste. 


To taste: 

Salami already without casing softer and more delicate. Excellent cut into slices as an aperitif / snack. Thinly sliced ​​meats become a tasty appetizer to be served with black bread, vegetables, cheeses, pickles and a high-level drink. Diced to flavor salads, quiches, or various sauces. 


Ingredients: 

For 100 g of finished product: 90g (60%) venisonfrom Italy, 60g (40%) pork from Italy, salt, spices, natural flavors, glucose, dextrose, maltodextrin. Antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate. Preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
