Salami already without casing softer and more delicate. Excellent cut into slices as an aperitif / snack. Thinly sliced meats become a tasty appetizer to be served with black bread, vegetables, cheeses, pickles and a high-level drink. Diced to flavor salads, quiches, or various sauces.
Ingredients:
For 100 g of finished product: 90g (60%) venisonfrom Italy, 60g (40%) pork from Italy, salt, spices, natural flavors, glucose, dextrose, maltodextrin. Antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate. Preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
